Shipping policy

GicleePrintsUSA uses the United States Postal System (USPS) as our primary shipping partner.  We can also use other shipping partners as required by our customers, we have experience shipping with all of the major shipping partners, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

All orders 16 oz and under are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking, a tracking number is provided via email to our customers when your order is shipped.

Estimated shipping transit times:
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-4 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping transit estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

All orders over 16 oz are shipped via USPS Priority Class Mail with tracking, a tracking number is provided to our customers via email when your order is shipped.  If your package size or weight exceeds the USPS Priority Class Mail limits, we most often ship via FedEx.

Our flat and rolled paper and canvas prints ship the next business day after your paid order is received.  Please be cognizant of USPS Holidays, when selecting your shipping option, those USPS holidays do NOT count as shipping days for our operation.

Giclee prints that measure 11" x 14" and smaller ship flat in our eco-friendly Stay-Flat mailers with ample protection to ensure your print(s) arrive safely.  Our giclee prints larger than 11" x 14" are shipped gently rolled in a sturdy Kraft 3" mailing tube to properly protect your print(s) during shipping.  We include proper print flattening instructions with all of our giclee prints.

Our shipping experience is solid, we have shipped over 3,200 fine art giclee and photography prints worldwide.  If your print(s) are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and together we will determine the corrective action required.
