Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless there was an error on our end.  If we made an error, we will gladly send you a prepaid return shipping label. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
